Monyet Ekor Panjang (Macaca fascicularis)

Do you know about Monyet ekor panjang that also known as Macaca Fascicularis? Monyet ekor panjang easily can be found in mangrove forest area with condition that the forest usually quite dense so it can live and breed well. Monyet ekor panjang eats fruits, insects, and small crabs that can be found in mangrove forest. However, these primate has uniques habits. It like to jump and swim. The general characteristics of these monkey are grey brownish and brown reddish fur, binocular eyes, flat nose, and long tail.
Many people think that these Monyet ekor panjang is pest that bothering and entering residental areas. There is a reason why monkey attacks on residental area, its habitat starting to dissapear and losing food for its consume. Monyet ekor panjang’ oftenly attacking human in tourist areas, rural to urban areas. This attack is also due to human habit of feeding wild animals, so that it is considered human as their food resources. Basically, attacked by wild animals are a reaction that based on several factors such as, habitat lossing and human habits.
