Research on carbon stocks of the Ceriops tagal mangrove species in Meunasah Asan Village, Madat District, East Aceh Regency. This research was conducted by the YAKOPI Carbon & Biodiversity team on Friday, September 8 2023 and involved the community to take part in it.
This research was conducted to determine the estimated carbon stock stored in the Ceriops tagal mangrove species, namely above ground biomass.
This research was carried out for 1 day by measuring tree height and diameter at breast height (DBH), measurements were carried out on 76 trees in 1 plot measuring 100m x 100m

Together with the coastal community in Pulau Sembilan village, we continue to carry out mangrove planting activities regularly every month, this activity is carried out to prevent coastal erosion and preserve the environment from the climate change that we are currently experiencing, let’s work together to prevent climate change,
