This time Yakopi held a school visit to SMAN 19 Medan . This event took place on Thursday, January 20, 2022. Mr. Martua Raja Lumban Gaol encouraged 20 students in grades 10, 11, and 12 to join in this socialization activity. The theme for this exercise was “Mangroves as Climate Change Mitigation.”

Pre-test, instruction, practice, and evaluation were the five steps of the socialization exercise, which culminated in the awarding of rewards to three students who correctly answered the questions. Halim, as a member of the Yakopi staff, also instructs the students  how to properly plant mangroves.

This activity was carried out to teach kids of the younger generation about their environment and how to care for it from an early age.
