Previously, Yakopi had conducted training in making nuggets from Mackerel in Bogak Besar Village. Yakopi continues its program related to “processing fish nuggets” which will be held on Thursday, 27 January 2022 in the village of Bogak Besar, Teluk Mengkudu sub-district, Serdang Bedagai. This activity was guided by Mr. Rijalul Halimi and was attended by 10 women from Bogak Besar village.

This activity begins with material on a business plan where after the nugget product is successfully made and packaged properly, the bogak village community must understand how to sell the product properly and what plans will be made in selling it. This is consistent with the community development program’s original purpose of utilizing natural resources to support the economy and daily needs.

Pak Halim also discussed the analysis related to the challenges and opportunities that can be taken as well as the development of initial production to advanced stages. At the end of the event, Mr. Halim handed over cooking utensils to 20 v bogak village women to help make nuggets even better
